I saw a APNC thread below but hasn't seen action in a while…wondering if anyone else has an opinion on this.

 

About:

The company operates in three segments; wholesale plans, retail plans,

and insurance marketing.  The wholesale plans division offers customized

memberships sold at rent-to-own locations.  The retail plan division

offers health care cards that provide savings on a variety of medical

expenses.  The insurance marketing division sells various health

insurance products offered through one of their carriers.

Value:

$3.83-$11.11

0% growth-38%(median croic 2006-2011)

Obviously very pessimestic and not very probable scenario in 0% growth case

I like $8.23 per share (75% croic 2006-2011)

Risks:

10-k lists a lot of risks

the major "business" type risk is that RAC accounts for 25% of revenues.  They're under contract until 2/13 and have come to terms on an extension (through 2015)
