I answered this quesion yesterday but don't see my post anywhere. The question was in regards to "net cash". Therefore, I wanted to make sure the questioner was using that term properly. The definition of Net Cash is: the sum of all cash and cash equivalents minus total liabilities. The company you are inquiring about currently has $7 and change of net cash which is less than half of what it's currently trading for.

looked at it quickly and seems like the current huge cash infusion was due to a one time cash receipt from a litigation. If you subtract that, the company lost money from normal operations. Looking back at its history, the company doesnt look well managed with huge fluctuations all the way from the top to bottom.
Unless there is something I'm not seeing, this is a pass.
