You'll probably get more luck by asking people on the facebook page. I know several people who own PRXI, they are just not active on this forum. Way to go on PRXI though.

Is anyone holding onto their PRXI shares? I have been selling my PRXI shares for the last few days as I don't want to jeopardize majority of my 100%+ gains on a binary event ( auction of the titanic) and have kept a small # of shares ( a sort of call option) just in case they do manage to auction off the Titanic assets at a large premium.
The big issues for me – even if they sell the titanic assets – is getting approval from the Judge, tax issues on the sale price and final disbursement of the proceeds. I am not sure if an intelligent buyer would go through all this trouble to buy the Titanic assets and also agree to the conditions set forth by the Judge – agree to keep the collection together and also allow it to be displayed to the public occasionally -while at the same time earning enough revenues to offset atleast the cost of maintenance of the assets. ( PRXI admits in their latest 10K that interest in the Titanic exhibitions has been dwindling ).
Does anyone know of any precendence with such auctions being successful?

might be a time for a revisit –

PRXI receives title to the titanic artifacts, it could now sell the entire collection including the collection not included in
this court case. Or PRXI can monetize it in other ways as the 100 yr anniversary of the Titanic is coming up. They are working on a press release that will give us more information. Additionally, there annual meeting is just next week, so they should be getting a lot of questions regarding the artifacts. Now that they have legal title to them, they can freely talk about what they are planning to do.

I do know that Plan Maestro from VariantPerceptions wrote a lot about PRXI

I'm also a contributing member for Complete Growth Investor ( http://www.completegrowth.com ) and the group was REAL big on PRXI. Right now, some members are thinking the stock should be worth somewhere closer to $2 but don't take my word for it.
I've never studied the company in depth so that's about as far as I know.

it looks like PRXI just won a big legal decision and that boosted the stock. Back of the envelope it seems about fairly valued, assuming the company doesn't have any earnings power…. does anyone have thoughts about a turnaround here or value in a potential sale of the co. (which I think they are pursuing)?
