If you get #name, that that means the add-in as not been activated.
1. Did you go through the manual to install the add-in?
2. If you type in http://advfn.com into your browser, what is the URL you get redirected to?

Hi Jae
I recently purchased package, and also having no joy, I get #name in both spreadsheets.
I am in New Zealand at present but operating in US market. I tried putting in NYSE:KO as suggested to one other person, no joy, probably simple thing but cant seem to get to work, love some help.
Kind regards
Euan

Hi Jae,
I recently upgraded to the two new premium spreadsheets. The Stock Valuation spreadsheet works great but when I enter a symbol into the Financial Statement Analysis spreadsheet I get #NAME? in every cell that is supposed to retrieve data. I made sure I wasn't logged into Morningstar and my SMF files have to be set up correctly since the Valuation spread sheet works fine. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
Best regards,
Loic
