For people outside of the USA.
You will be getting errors, blanks for the financial analysis spreadsheet.
To fix do the following.
Type http://www.advfn.com in your browser what URL are you directed to?
Whatever it redirects you to, keep a note of the url.
Open the spreadsheet.
1.Right click on the any of the tab and click "view code". This will bring up a window with code in it.
2. On the left side, navigate to a folder called RCH_Stock_market_function
3. Open up the subfolder called "modules"
4. right click "modCreateComment" and then click on the main body window
5. press CTRL+F to find
6. select Search Current Project
7. search for http://www.advfn.com and replace with the URL you got directed to. e.g. fr.advfn.com or ca.advfn.com etc
8. Search for next and do it again to replace the next found
There are only 2 places where you have to edit it.
Should work after that and you no longer have to ever touch the add-in again.
Don't worry about breaking it. 
So easy to just delete the whole files and just replace it again.

is the sheet that cant retrieve values. the stock valuation excel sheet seems to work on big names like JNJ and Nike

it does the calculation throws this error:  Financial statement line items Incorrect. msft is unsupported or a financial company. Check the SEC for proper filings.

 

updates all cells but shows no numbers. in all sheets.

can you point me to what i should do?

i am a programmer.

i am in germany currently but put everything on U.S. regional settings
