what windows do you have? I will send you a new file tonight.

You are getting errors because your source location hasn't been updated properly when you were asked to "edit links".

Instead of a formula such as =rchgetelementnumber("JNJ",25) yours is showing something like =C:SMF'rchgetelementnumber("JNJ",25)

Yes, I see those numbers on the statements page.

=rchgetelementnumber("JNJ",25) returns 59.43

Do you see the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement on the statements page?

What do you get when you enter =rchgetelementnumber("JNJ",25)

That's the update I'm referring to.  I've tried it several times including reinstalling the spreadsheets to make them work.  All with no luck.  FYI,  I'm using Windows 7 and Office 2010.

Are you sure? I just ran those two symbols and it is working fine.

Which update are you referring to? Did you update with the one I notified people of on Aug 2?

I followed the instructions in the manual but a large number of symbols don't have all of the data for me including MRK and DVR.  It has been like this since the latest spreadsheet update last week.
