There isn't any way to get a set list of liquidation only filings through Edgar as they just use the SC 13E3 form which includes lots of other information as well.
Best bet is to just subscribe to it and go through each one. Not very efficient, but the only method I know how.

I don't have the best answer, but kccllc.net is very useful and so I would keep an eye on that.
The RSS feeds that you refer to – I'm not sure how to setup EDGAR-based feed searches, but I think some might be using Google news searches.

what are the best EDGAR filings to efficiently identify a liquidation, a dissolution or a wind-up? and what about for stubs/equity carve-outs?
after reading through other topics, I've noticed others have set-up RSS feeds from EDGAR to address opportunities such as spin-offs through the 10-12B form and I wonder what you'd identify as the best equivalent for the above opportunities.
