DCF does not account for dividends because dividends are paid out of cash anyways.

What you are referring to is the dividend discount model.

I've already got that in the list of to do items.

The DCF calculation in the latest version of spreadsheet does not take dividend into consideration, and this may results in 5-10% deviation of the intrinsic value. Any one aware why is that? Thank you.
