I saw in some companies that have this filling that says they would offer from time to time XXX number of bonds, preferred stocks and/or common stocks.

Also there is likely attached a secondary offering of common stocks of XXX shares at YYY prices.

Does anyone know what this means?

I only know S-1 form means they are definitely going to issue more shares. But I am not sure about S-3.Embarassed
