I am not privy to any information related to future contracts. And, I do think you are correct about the low p/e ratio. I'm still learning, but I don't see a very big downside. There does seem to be a rather large upside if, like you mentioned, they should gain another favorable contract. Thanks for the suggestion on Bennett. I'll have to take a look.

Any idea on the future backlog past Q1 of 2011. Per pg 91 of its 10K it appears the strong year was from a windfall off of a Army contract with the final shipment to continue through Q1 of 2011 and which may explain why the company trades at such a low mulitple to its earnings because we are nearing the end of the life of that attractive contract.

I totally agree this stock is a potential gold mine cyclical trade should it win another decent sized contract because its it looks like it can maintain a very high profit margin on its sales.

Another stock that relies on contracts and makes a 75% pre tax profit margin on them when they come and has a great balance sheet is Bennett Environmental in Canada BEV/BEVFF and is another stock that is definitely worth monitoring  should they win a decent sized contract.

Technical Communications Corporation is involved with making and selling, internationally, communications security devices. This is a small company that trades at an average volume of 59k and has a market capitalization of just under 24m. They have a very strong balance sheet and they have also been increasing their cash.

This company appears to have a strong financial position with increasing cash. They have no debt and appear to be trading very cheap. Currently trading at $13.10 with recent earnings of over $4. They also pay a fairly nice dividend.

Any thoughts?

Graham and DCF values appear to agree.
