Thanks for taking the time to fill in the info.

The macro security has nothing to do with the spreadsheet. It is just the default security setting for excel. If you don't want the message popping up all the time, just go to your macro settings and select the don't warn me option or something similar.

 1. I open Excel 2003, OS is Windows XP, and get a security warning about macros each time I try to open the file "5yr OVS Stock Valuations.  Is this normal?  I select enable macros - do I have to do this each time the file is opened?
