I listened to the conference call yesterday and read the press release and it didn't sound good. If a CEO owns more than 10% of another company which LTON has a major interest in, that does not sound good at all.

Doesn't look like shareholders will be rewarded.. ever..

I'm very close to bailing.

Hi Jae et al.

LTON reported yeserday and it looked OK; but the stock is down most likely on what looks like some insider dealing. Although it is small, the company disclosed it had an outstanding receivable loan at a company 10% owned by the CEO. Does anyone have any other details on that issue? It may be a dealbreaker for me if I can't learn any more.
