you'll have to check the numbers from the financials. Most likely, the number being retrieved is incorrect.

I've found that when there are errors with the EPV tab, a hand calculation works out to be faster than trying to debug and find the erroneous number.

Hi Jae, 

    I run the spreadsheet for SURW, and the EPV is negative $20 before +cash-debt, and -36 after that. That is kind of weird, because I think if the income is positive, how can that number be negative?

    In addition, I am not sure how to set a % figure for marketing. For the example of KND, the EBIT is only 101 for 2009, and 25% of SG&A is 707. I am really uncomfortable to add so much back to EBIT. Even 10% of that is twice as much  EBIT itself.
