I first learnt CROIC from F Wall Street. Since cash is king, I like to use cash metrics where possible. I never said CROIC was better than ROIC. I just like it better personally. There is no right and wrong when it comes to valuation. It's an art and science left to the user to decide.

Jae; I was wondering where did you come up with the idea that CROIC is a better metric than ROIC? What book, web page or person did you learn this idea from? Thanks.

Jae; I have noticed that when I go to the Testimonials tab I see that no banner ad pops up. The I am able to click on any screen that I want too. However once I click on that particular screen then the banner ad pops up again. If I then try to scroll to another screen I can't since the banner ad still gets in the way. However if I click on the Testimonials tab again then I can scrooll to any screen that I want too again.

Why is this?

Hey Mr Book

1. which browser and version are you using? I've tested it on IE, Firefox and Chrome but it all displays fine.

2. The data that the screener uses is different to the spreadsheet so there could be differences. I have no way to control the screener data because it is getting from a private database.

Can you give an example of what is wrong with the NetNet calculation? By my calculations it is correct.

3. Stock screens are updated about 2 times a week.

4. The ones that don't have a description are the ones I plan to delete because I cant support or run it properly.

Jae; I have noticed that I have had recent problems when I have clicked on the "Screens" tab to get to the Stock screens on the home page. Whenever I do click on this tab and then want to scroll down to a particular screen there is a banner ad that gets in the way preventing me from reading all of the screens that are available and scrolling down to the screen that I want to scroll too. Basically I am saying that the banner ad gets in the way from my scrolling to the screen that I want too.

1. Is their anyway of getting rid of the banner ad so that I don't have this problem?

2. I was able to scroll to the NCAV and NNWC screens. Today (8/26/2010) I typed in the ticker (FURX) into the "NetNet" spreadsheet. The Market Value (9.95) was < the NNWC Value (9.99) so why didn't this company show up in the NNWC screen when I went to it on 8/26/2010?

I also noticed that looking at the NNWC value, NCAV value, Discount to NNWC value and Discount to NCAV value given in the "NetNet" spreadsheet I noticed that when I calculated these values by hand the values given by "NetNet" were off.

3. How often do you update all of your Stock screens?

4. I also noticed that a description was not given for some of the Stock screens when you were able to click on them. For example what is the Stock Value Screen?

OK. Thank you for your responses.
