@ yozhang,

There is a software bug in the forum that doesnt refresh the page properly, so you either have to refresh (F5) or empty cache.

The EPV Data is hidden so you have to unhide the tab.

Hi Jae,

I was trying to post a different error but it didn't allow me to do that. It only allowed me to do posting through this this error thread. I did log in using yozhang as username. I don't know what is going on.

The issue I was trying to report is the book value of Cash &Equivalent and other items(Column C) in EPV sheet is referring to use EPVData! sheet data which I can't locate. Is there anything wrong? By the way, the version I am using is premium_v6.2.0 which I just bought it last week.

Yes I was trying some things and used some adjusted cash flow numbers to try and get a consistent numerator. But I plan to change back to FCF. I actually use cash flow at the moment but I'm going to change it back to fcf soon.

Jae,

Example: AIRT

I'm looking through the CROIC calculation on the DCF sheet.  It appears the calculation for 2009 (cell K40), is using "Cash Flow" for the numerator of the CROIC calculation.  

In your recent article on CROIC, I read that the numerator is usually FCF.  

Going to the Statements sheet, AIRT's FCF for 2009 is 6.7 while the 'Cash Flow' number of 3.8.

What is this Cash Flow number showing?  Should the CROIC calculation be pointing to a FCF number instead?
