I see how the confusion came up.

F21 = F10 + F14 + F20 is for when you use NNWC.

NCAV is current assets – total liabilities without making adjustments to the assets,otherwise you are simply calculating NNWC again.

 

You will notice that F21 is only used in the NCAV formula and the NNWC sums up each of the adjusted balance sheet items.

Jae; I believe that I found an error in the "NetNet" spreadsheet in cell F21. I am referring to (ABT) 8/19/2010. I am a premium user.

 

In cell F21 the value given = 19,915.31 which = 19,915.31 in cell C21. Yet I believe that the correct value should = 10,710.86. Or cell F21 = F10 + F14 + F20.
