As I stated in the email, ADVFN is going through some changes and the spreadsheet may work for some. Im in the process of updating a fix.
The valuation spreadsheet uses data from morningstar

Some symbol work, others don't e.g. GLW (Corning), IBKR (Interactive Brokers). I can see the data on ADVFN though.
I'm at home, using the updated add-in received yesterday. Excel 2007 SP2.
I can get the statements using the valuation spreadsheet though. Does that use data from Morningstar or ADVFN?

I think you are having this issue.

It should be working though. Are you doing this at home or some other place?
e.g. my workplace blocked access to ADVFN so I get errors all the time. But at home, it works perfectly fine.

I just installed the spreadsheets. The 2 valuation sheets work fine, but Detailed-Statements-v1.0.3 keeps giving me Error regardless of ticker. Anyone else having the same?
Morningstar is working fine.
