Instead of NNWC, it should really just be NCAV. i.e. current assets – total liabilities.

For NCAV, the cash balance may not be that large.

With NUCH, you can see that the interest bearing debt, outweigh the cash.

For NUHC, the spreadsheet said its NNWC is 7.66. Is this per share value? Anyway, this means cash is more than debt.

Then go to EPV, scroll down to the bottom, and we see that EPV is lower after +cash-debt calculations. That means debt is more than cash.

I am pretty confused here.
