Just shut down excel completely and reopen. You've used up the cache and need to empty it.

Jae,

 

I was doing some work on screening some of the stocks that I am looking at here. And I just entered what appears to be the last one the morningstar is going to let me retrieve. Do you know if this is just a timed thing and I need to wait for a while before I am able to retrieve more information. Or did I actually try and get to many times on the website.
