ok great!

I guess 32bit excel workbooks are not compatible on 64bit applications.

I think I have found out what the problem was? I was using Office 2010 x64. I have reverted to Office 2010 x86 and it is now working. The spreadsheets apparently do not work with x64 Office. I can now start learning how to use the program. Thanks

bbqrooster Sorry that you're having trouble.

I'm not sure whether it is the x64 or office 2010 that is causing the
issue. Shouldn't be office since it is backwards compatible.

Either way, I resaved the files in XLSM format which will make it run faster and the file size is much smaller.

I sent it to your email.

I purchased the spreadsheet today and successfully installed the spreadsheets on my computer. I ran into the same problem "Microsoft Excel has stopped working – A problem caused the program to stop working correctly….". It happened after I entered a new stock symbol and pressed F9. I saw on the bottom of the spreadsheet "Calculating: (8 processor(s)): 10%" before it crashed. I am using Windows 7 x64 and Office 2010 Excel. I have re-downloaded and re-installed the program to no avail. Please help!!!

can you uninstall or delete whatever you have installed.

Download the exe or xls file again from the download URL and try again?

Can you provide a screenshot?

Successfully installed the new OSV Financial Statement Analysis v20100702 and processesed about 30 different stocks thru the program; I started getting an error with the messege that Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close, so basically the Microsoft Excel is crashing on me.  I have installed the spreadsheet on a different computer and experienced the same problem.

Can you help me out here?
