Make sure you only enter the ticker in the summary tab and then Press F9 after you enter a new ticker to refresh.

For the growth %, if the yellow box has a number it will always override the calculation so make sure you use the Clear button to delete any user numbers.

Always press F9 afterwards.

Hi Jae Jun

The formula correction worked OK yesterday, but today the sheet does not recalculate the "Per Share Value" in C29, "Purchase Price" in C31 and the "Normal Earnings" in C21 for new stock symbols.  The results are frozen at the last calculation from yesterday.  I checked to see if selecting unfreeze on the Window tab would help, but is still does not calculate.  Some other cells ubdate OK, such as stock name, symbol and stock price.

However, another question, is the "Growth" value in C6 - is it updating properly?  It always selects the defalt value of 10% from C4 on the DCF Valuation and Graham Intrinsic Value work sheets.  The is regardless of whether value in K17 on the Graham worksheet or K48 on the DCF Valuation worksheet is zero or any percent greater.

Thanks  …   Kelly

Yea sorry about that. Seems like you downloaded the spreadsheet when I accidently redid that error.

In C29, enter the following "=(C21*(7+1.5*C6*100)*4.4)/C23"

Hi Jae Jun

1.What version of excel I am using = 2003

2.Which spreadsheet I am using = 05yr_OSV_Stock_Valuation

3.The exact FULL path of the add-in you unzipped the files to = C:SMF

4.Screenshots of the directory containing the add in - N/A

5.What step of the install guide is not working – install worked OK

6.Whether you have checked out the SMF add in Yahoo group – No

The 5yr OSV Stock Valuatiion Spreadsheet displays #ERROR! in cells E6, F6, G6, C29, C31, and C33.  It appears the error is in the cell formula of C29, "=(C16*(7+1.5*C1*100)*4.4)/C18", C16 is a Year Date Range and C1 is a blank cell.  There are no errors on the 10yr OSV Stock Valuation Spreadsheet.  Is C29 the error?  If so, how can I correct it?

Regards  …  Kelly
