Hey thanks for the update.

How on earth did you manage to buy? I just gave up and went looking for other opportunities.

Looks to be a pretty good chance.

There is finally some movement here. I bought some more shares @ 0.09, bring my average cost down to $.11. The have filed a new SEC form: http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/…..rer14c.htm

It states that the transaction will become final approx 25 days after that form was filed(12-23-09) which would be Jan. 13, 2010. The payout is still set at $0.18, as long as you own less than 5000 shares.

I will be trying to pickup an additional 1500 shares at a decent prices sometime between now and then if possible, good hunting everyone.

I would suggest ringing investor relation relations and asking directly. Nothing better than a straight answer.

Have there been any new filings?

From what I read, there wasn't a clear final date so I'm not sure when it will be finalized.

Jae,

Definetly not losing sleep over it, but it would be nice to know where this thing is going.

Eldinril,

I haven't made the effort to call their Taiwan office yet.

Any other members here that were trying to take advantage of this situation?

I do not know if this will prove helpful or not. There is a phone number for the business on the 13E, but it is in Taiwan. With any luck, they have an investor relations representative who can help you.

Hi Fredo,

I gave up on trying to acquire shares of KDCE. No body wanted to sell me any shares. As for the timing of your purchase, I can't say for whether you bought too late. I still don't see a cut off date.

As I say, if you are uncomfortable holding, it's always best to sell out, rather than lose sleep and possibly lose more.

Or if you see a better opportunity, you may be missing the chance to make money.

Hey,

Thanks for creating these forums!

I have a question on the KDCE reverse split, I bought on 9/16 at $0.15 4995 shares.

I still haven't had the shares bought out, and now the stock value is down to $0.12 and I have an unrealized loss of $150.

Does the buyout only apply to those who had cleared shares before June 17, 2009?

What would you do in my position, sell or keep waiting? I am not sure if I apply for this reverse split or not anymore…

Thanks,

Fredro
