If it drops below $0.90, yes a potential profit but I don't see it going to $1.20

LDIS is pretty much made up of cash with little AR or inventory so even discounting it doesn't affect the net net working capital price.

I get several numbers that point to $1.00 or $1.09 and after hours its already gone up to $1.08.

I like this better than the EDIC liquidation though. More certainty.

LDIS might be liquidating from between .93 to 1.20. Who knows it could drop down below .90 maybe. Might be good spec buy for the 1.20 liquidation figure.
