Remember that net nets are cheap for a reason so you have to analyse the prospects of the company. Whether it is due to reasons that are solvable or because there are serious problems with the company.

What qualititative things do you see in NWD?

hey guys. this is my first time looking for a 'net-net stock'.. and i threw NWD into the spreadsheets and found that it has a deep discount to its EPV valuation. please guide me on the strategy i should take with these 'net-net stocks'.. i appreciate all your help and thoughts!
