Could you try going to Advfn with Internet Explorer?

I'm guessing you may need a cookie in IE for excel to retrieve data because I'm having no issue and not many people have been reporting the same thing.

No you don't need to purchase anything.

Did you download the free SMF addin for excel? You need that to run the spreadsheets.

Hey Guys

I am new to this..and this may be a really dumb question. Do i need to purchase the softwares to use the free spread sheets? Because when i downloaded the excel spread sheet it didnt work and the manual says i need some install file??
