Yes. Still lots of variables to figure out and right now I wouldnt want to make mistakes and second guess possible outcomes when the market wont be going anywhere for quite a while.

Event driven plays are going to be key for me this year.

What do you think it is worth? The estimate FCF and normalized income?

Or are you just looking at cash? because what about liabilities?

Well, its NNWC is pretty good. I am asking what will be the possible outcome of those class action law suits? How much money will be taken away from it? If that is not too much, then this might become a safe turnaround.

NCTY lost its WOW operation license in China this year, and the revenue dived 95% from last year.

Right now its net cash is about $8.5, and current stock price is only $6.88.

This is currently a potential turn around oppurtunity. However, it has four law suits regarding its false claims on the renewal of WOW operation license with blizzard as below. Does anyone know that in the past, how much money can it potentially lose in these kinds of false claims in the annual report?

(Blizzard), a Vivendi subsidiary; The9 had not even begun formal negotiations with Blizzard regarding the contract renewal; The9 and Blizzard had been at odds regarding The9's operation of WoW in China; the equity investment by Electronic Arts Inc. in The9 had made it less likely that Blizzard would renew the WoW contract because, to do so would require Blizzard to, in essence, do business with one of its greatest competitors. According to the complaint, after the Company revealed on July 15, 2009 that it had not even begun negotiations with Blizzard for renewal of the WoW contract, the value of The9's stock declined significantly.
