Honestly, I cant even remember writing about it.. lol

Looking at the NNWC now, it looks to be way over liquidation value and makes it hard to value because the company hsa never made any good profits or cash.

Doesn't look that great now.

As for a catalyst, I've never really seek one. A catalyst could propel the stock but I never use it to include growth. Looking at how Dell hasn't been doing that well, the deal could also be much less than expected or not as great.

Too many variables. Easier to stick with the assets.

Jae, I was looking for some assistance in what your thoughts are on NENG.

I saw it mentioned in your article on Seeking Alpha last year (11/25/08).

At that point it was listed as 42.12% Price% to NNWC.

They also seem to have a recent event with Dell that might be a catalyst in the near future.

What are your thoughts on it now, a year later?
