Thanks. I came across GGP through Bill Ackman. If I remember, I go through his 13-F to see what he is holding and then just started reading up on the company since then. I’m no REIT expert but there were plenty of others who were able to answer questions.

Jae, that was a great interview. Lots of good insights. Btw, I am curious, how did you come across GGP? Was it from it’s bankruptcy filing or others sources?

Btw, I picked up the book ‘Quality of Earnings’ after you recommended it here a while back, and I agree that it’s a very good book.
