Lately, I’ve been trying to improve the speed of the site. There was a tradeoff between speed and looks with the new design, which I am trying to narrow. If you have an issue with pages or items not loading or displaying properly, please let me know so that I can improve your reading experience.
A reader informed me that he had been visiting Old School Value for a couple of months and the background was brown and text illegible from the very beginning! So thank you to all that continue to come. I hope to continue on the quality of the posts even if they don’t come so frequently.

Thanks for the link! Keep up the great work I really enjoy your posts. I had noticed the issue with brown overlay here and there but assumed it was a CSS issue with Google Chrome.
