Yes management reiterated many times that the summer season would be the hardest and since they are opening up a new distribution center, their profit is expected to be hit again. That is why I am still long on this company.

However, if the busiest quarter isn’t enough to yield profits, I’ll re-evaluate my position.

After all, the purpose of any business is to generate cash.

I think you might consider that a 1) new CEO and 2) new CFO took the opportunity at year end to write down all the stuff theycould because the last quarter, and in fact the June quarter, don’t matter because no on asserted any profitability until the September quarter. Now if they blow the September quarter, I would say, yes there is an execution problem with the NEW management, as there was with the OLD management.
