FYI, I spoke with the COO, Frank A. Buttacavoli because of some descretion I heard during the conference. The CFO stated that as of yesterday’s balance sheet, they had 15 million dollars of Cash in their accounts. That is more than 4 million dollars above what is stated in the 10-Q which is 11 million dollars. A 4 million dollar increase in just over a month! I spoke to him and I he told me that received 5.8 million dollars from Perfumania in January.

I’m kinda relieved that it’s not some error or the selling of assets that’s part of business.

JJ makes a good point in his article but one advice I would like to tack on is NEVER buy stocks just by reading someone’s article! I made the mistake by reading (this Dudes who will remain nameless) blog and buying this company thinking it’s a super good deal.

Do your own research or else you’ll regret.

For this company to become interesting they need to grow (what about that X celebrity that they always like to mention in CCs?) and generate cash. It is in my turnaround watch list but management change is just the first step of several for it to become compelling.
