Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a risk-free 14-day trial on our Premium plan. You get full access to all features, including the premium historical data, all pre-built valuation models, and all the Old School Value proprietary ratings, so you can thoroughly test the platform.
Data & Coverage
Where do you get your financial data?
We source our fundamental data directly from premium institutional providers. The data goes through a rigorous standardization process, ensuring you get the same high-quality, normalized data used by Wall Street professionals.
What markets and exchanges do you cover?
We currently cover all major US exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) as well as over OTC stocks. We provide up to 20 years of historical fundamental data for deep backtesting and analysis.
How often is the data updated?
End-of-day price data is updated daily after market close. Fundamental data (SEC filings, quarterly earnings reports) is updated within hours of the official release to the SEC.
Pricing & Billing
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade from Premium to Professional or switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings. Any prorated differences will be calculated automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Premium plan so you can test everything risk-free before being charged. Officially, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, if you contact us within a reasonable amount of time after your annual renewal, we will refund your last payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account billing dashboard. There are no hidden fees, cancellation penalties, or need to call a retention specialist.
