Unless we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Refund Policy applies when you visit or use the Old School Value Site, web or mobile applications, API or related services (“Services”).
By visiting the Site or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. You shouldn’t use the Services if you don’t agree with this Refund Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.

As are a small business, based in Rye, New Hampshire, we are focused on taking care of our customers and user base.
All emails and communication go to a principal or senior team member of the business. Not inexperienced or unknowledgeable personnel.
This Service also applies to refunds. We understand that Old School Value is not a fit for everybody.
However, we focus on making sure that we end on good terms with customers by being clear and transparent with our pricing and refund rules.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We strive to run Old School Value based on customer satisfaction and retention. We seek win-win relationships with our users.
We promise to do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied and taken care of. We understand that we cannot please everyone and the purpose of this refund policy is to set expectations very clearly and transparently.
How our trial works
We offer a 7-day free trial that gives you unlimited access to our service. At the end of 7 days, you are automatically charged for the monthly or annual subscription you selected. If you are not ready to proceed with the paid subscription, ensure that you cancel by the end of the 7 days.
This is your chance to evaluate all aspects of our product to determine if it’s right for you on an ongoing basis. Before you commit to a trial, however, feel free to use our somewhat limited demo app.
Once you have been charged for your monthly subscription, you have 48 hours to request a refund. Please be advised that we reserve the right to decline that request should we see high activity on your account within this time.
You may cancel your account at any time during your trial or subscription for any reason. See the next section for how that works.
How to cancel your subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription (including the trial portion), you may cancel from within your account settings. Log into your account, click on Menu, then “cancel account” and submit the request which will prevent any further charges. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations will not result in pro-rated refunds unless a request is made within 48 hours of a renewal by submitting to [email protected].
One of our goals is to make it easy for you to cancel if you are dissatisfied. We value relationships and do not want to hold you hostage if you wish to cancel. However, it is important that you cancel from within your account or submit a ticket to [email protected]. Cancellation requests via email or contact forms may not be accepted due to the large volumes of email we receive.
Other things to know
Old School Value is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. However, outside the 48-hour refund request window, there may be other circumstances that warrant refunds:
Product or Service Doesn’t Work the Way it Should
If the Product or Service doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed, you are entitled to a refund. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then We are required to do so promptly by updating the Product and Services, otherwise you are entitled to a refund of your payment.
No refund for abuse
If any sign of abuse is detected from your account, you will not be eligible for any form of refund and your account will be shut down immediately.
Abuse can be in the form of;
- hacking our API’s to force download data
- using scripts not authorized by us to auto retrieve, download or store data in any form of database, physical hard drive or cloud storage
- sharing accounts with others who have not paid for a license
- reselling our data, products or Services without permission
- claiming ownership of our intellectual property
- using bots to scrape data
The above are guidelines and we reserve the right to decide what constitutes as abuse that harms our business.
