This service also applies to refunds. We understand that old school value is not a fit for everybody. However, we focus on making sure that we end on good terms, and that you are respected and cared for from start to finish.

Here is how it works.

Our business is rated based on customer happiness. Not just satisfaction but happiness. We will bend over backwards to ensure that you are 100% satisfied and taken care of.

If you wish to request a refund at any time during the first thirty (30) days, cancel your account from within your account settings and then you can email, call or submit a ticket and we will act promptly to assist you.

The thirty day refund guarantee does not apply to members who sign up for trial accounts (if any) and then makes a payment.

For trial members, if you wish to receive a refund after you have made a payment, we gladly offer prorated refunds on your remaining balance calculated by months.

Ultimately, we want to make sure you are happy and only pay for what you are satisfied with.

We are not in the business of taking your money, locking you in to an unfair contract, making a quick buck and leaving a foul taste in your mouth.


Trial members (if applicable)

As noted above, the thirty day refund guarantee does not apply to members who sign up for a trial account and then decides to make a payment.

If you wish to receive a refund after you have made a payment, we offer prorated refunds on your remaining balance, calculated by months remaining on your account.


First 30 days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply delete all digital files, video, audio, and text files you obtained from us.

From your account you can cancel your account and then we'll handle the refunds and finalize the closing of your account.

We will be sorry to see you go but will honor your request promptly.

After 30 days

If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing, or life comes knocking on your door, simply delete all digital files, video, audio, and text files you obtained from us.

From your account you can cancel your account and then we'll handle the refunds and finalize the closing of your account.

You will receive a prorated discount based on the number of full months remaining on your account.

E.g. if you cancel with 7.5 months remaining on your account, you will receive a refund for 7 full months and account will be canceled at the end of the current month.


Reason refunds are rejected

Nobody in the industry has our refund policy. They entice you to sign up, then lock you in with legal mumbo jumbo.

Our refund policies are lenient, but we also have employees to pay, bills to pay and family to feed.

Therefore, if any sign of abuse is detected from your account, you will not be eligible for any form of refund and your account will be shut down immediately.

Abuse involves hacking our API's to force download data, using scripts not authorized by us to auto retrieve, download or store data, sharing accounts with others, reselling data or software without permission, claiming ownership of our intellectual property or using bots to scrape data.

We reserve the right to decide what constitutes as abuse.
